Baking Paper – A4 size
800g Fish Fillets
20g Butter Salted
20g Orange Zest
2g Black Pepper crushed
80ml Green Ginger Wine
Canola Oil Spray
Lay out baking paper
Lay fish on one half of paper
Melt butter and add orange zest, pepper and green ginger wine
Pour mix over fish
Fold over the other half of paper and continue to roll edges under to secure the fish inside the parcel.
Place fish parcel on a sprayed oven tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes away from direct coals
The paper will puff up when cooked.
To serve cut a cross slit in the paper and eat fish directly from the paper.
Baking paper can be substituted for alfoil
