Place 2-4 Redheads® Firelighters where the chimney will eventually be placed for ignition.
For most applications, you may set the firelighters/chimney where most practicable for the ignition process
If you have a Kettle BBQ remove the top rack from your charcoal grill and place the Firelighters on the lower rack
Make sure to allow for good airflow underneath the chimney - open any available air vents
Carefully ignite the Redheads® Firelighters
Place the chimney right side up directly over the ignited Firelighters
Let the fire burn for at least 20 minutes or until the coals are covered with grey/white ash
Using oven mitts to handle the chimney, dump the charcoal directly into the grill spreading BBQ Briquettes evenly over the grate
Return the top rack, wait 2-4 mins before putting the grill to work
